Land Development: Managing your site challenges including Zoning or Environmental Variance requirements. Working directly with our clients on concept feasibility with proper land planning, road layout & platting services.
Site Development Permit: Our Team will design your site to meet the jurisdictional regulations. We prepare plans with applications. Submit & follow up reviews, to obtain approval for the civil site plan construction documents.
Subdivision: Our Team will assist in permitting your property subdivision. Filing applications, working with our surveyor to meet jurisdictional regulations. Submit & follow up reviews to approval.
Construction Services: Our Engineering Team will work with General Contractor, to address all material specifications, come up with custom design solutions for your project needs. Coordinate & update design plans per field finding. attendance at any required pre-construction meetings, periodic site visits during construction, construction coordination meetings, a final engineer’s concurrence inspection, and, but not limited to, any city-required engineering documents. In addition, we will respond to Request For Information (RFI’s), and submittals as required.
