• Earn what you want. We use ASCE Salary Report to make sure our time is being compensated fairly. Compensation determined by experience & openness to grow with us

• We observe all Federal Holidays

• Unlimited time off. Coordinate your own schedule and work during those hours

• Daily remote work. Join for the monthly in-person, team meeting in South Austin, TX

• Minimal job travel. Some project-based site visits, municipal trips, and paper runs are required
